Remote office
An insurance agency owner wanted to work from home on Fridays and be able to see who in the office was on their respecive phones. The solution was to place a VOIP enabled handset in her home office and connected in series with her PC. During a demo of a telephone system recommended by HxP, the customer, a Southlake concierge medical doctor exclaimed, “I have to have that telephone system.” when we told her it would record telephone conversations with patients. The doctor attaches the recorded patient telephone conversations as a wave file to the electronic patient file when filing claims to the insurance companies for payment.
