HxP and Associates, Inc. were founded in 2002 as a call center consulting company.  Brian Padden, one of HxP’s co-founders, provided delivery of the call center solutions while his partner negotiated the contracts.  Their solutions included:

  • Call Center Best-Practices Evaluation
  • Call Center Project Management

The downswing in the economy after 9/11 eventually cascaded down to the Call Center Industry and call center consulting became a ‘back burner” project for most corporations.  Brian Padden subsequently took over HxP and Associates and turned it into a telecom “super mart.”  Brian’s objective was to provide his clients with unbiased, timely and price-friendly telecom solutions selected from the leading telecom vendors ... within 24 hours!  Brian’s focus is on selecting the best telecom solution, either custom designed or turn-key and providing carrier coordination, when warranted, in one seamless solution that meets his customers’ time, features, and budget and expansion capabilities . . at no charge!
