Quinlan ISD required telecom advice for a standardized, seven school replacement telecom solution.  HxP was selected and together with the QISD IT Director, four telephone system vendors were selected. HxP coordinated the vendor interface for QISD, the vendor presentations, and provided input to a stack-ranking, product comparison spreadsheet.   This clearly showed Avaya IP Office as the preferred solution.  The Avaya VoIP solution was $200,000 less than one of the vendors.

Universal Academy in Dallas, a charter school with a remote campus in Coppell TX, required an easy to use, high audio quality, networked, telephone system replacement.  HxP was selected and recommended an ESI solution. Limited budget and minimal systems administration were key factors for the selected ESI solution.

Shelton School in Dallas had very unique requirements for the selection of a replacement telephone system.  HxP was selected since they are unbiased and free telecom system solution consultants.  HxP selected three vendors representing three different manufacturers.  A Cisco solution was recommended because it satisfied a unique requirement the other vendors could not provide and the price was within the school’s budget.  In addition, HxP negotiated the carrier requirements for Shelton School and reduced their recurring carrier expenses by $18,000 per year!
